Just out by 4 mths and only 16K miles. Dealer said "ah yes there is a 'service news' memo about this problem". They have now fitted me a new tank/outflow pipe and a new adblue cap! Thats the issue, the caps get blocked creating a vacuum in the tank which collapses internally damaging sensors in it etc and maybe causing the pipe to break as mine bicg.
