And Ubisoft managed to do just that with Vaas. Yes, he is capable of sudden violence and shocking cruelty. In fact, one of the main reasons why he’s such a compelling character is this very unpredictability; not so much for the acts themselves, but because it keeps the player guessing as to how Jason’s next encounter with Vaas will play out.
