Earbuds I would wear with caution for the following month at least. Just like the Tragus earbuds will rub up against it and can cause possible irritation. Slowly press the AirPods forward until it fits inside the ear. Repeat the process with the second AirPods on the other side. If the AirPods touch the piercing jewelry, you should consider placing it upside down. So place the AirPods from the upper side of the ear with the stem pointing upwards. Mine is 20 years old so well-healed and I've got a labret stud in it so the bit on the back inside my ear is flat rather than a ball, if that makes sense.
