Writing great liquid involves a lot of digging for samples and getting to grips with writing jazz melody/harmony so those are good places to start. Getting good atmospheric sounds and where to cut/boost samples. Melodies are somewhat natural for me, but I can't get good sounds themselves. Doubleclick Breaks Packs are amazing, but hard to findAnother way to play with the transients of breaks is slicing by transient and using AHDSR envelopes in a sampler, really powerful control over the details this way.. can always use a transient shaper later on in the chain then too. Nice one :D. This is a really good tutorial.
